During a relatively schizophrenic phase in this client's tenure we were asked to simply sell the fact that they have the toughest paint there is. Conveniently, there was a real product benefit here called color-lock. With Color-lock, you can scrub and scrub and the paint stays put. Who knew? Hopefully, now, everyone.
