A pitch, and a win.
Being Canadian born may or may not have influenced this work, but I'm sure it didn't hurt. My partner and I flew up to SapientNitro's Toronto office to pitch ADT Canada. The insight: Canadians are different. They're a lot more chill. More trusting. Home security is more about taking a "knock on wood" approach than a take-up-arms-and-defend-my-castle approach more expected in the States.
